Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Parties and acceptance
These terms govern the relationship between you, the user of the Sizemira mobile app, and [DATA CONTROLLER NAME] ([ADDRESS], [MERSİS / TAX NO]; “Sizemira”, “we”), which provides the app. By using the app you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the app.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. [APPLE EULA — standard EULA or a custom one; if custom, Apple’s minimum terms must be added] If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
How your personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.
2. What Sizemira does
Sizemira recommends a size by comparing a “body twin”, made from the measurements you keep on your phone, with brands’ size charts. You can add a product by picking its brand and category, pasting its link or scanning its barcode. The app keeps your analyses and closet on your phone and asks how the items you bought fitted.
Sizemira has no accounts. Your data stays on your phone and is not synced to the cloud. If you delete the app or lose your phone, that data is gone too. The app has no import. The “Export my data” file is for your own records.
3. Size recommendations are estimates
- Recommendations are estimates based on the size charts brands publish, the measurements and preferences you enter, and measurement-free feedback from users who allow sharing. We don’t guarantee that an item will fit you.
- Brands may change their charts. Items in the same size can differ by cut, fabric and production. For brands whose chart we could not find, a standard chart is used and confidence is calculated lower.
- Product details read from a link or from the catalogue (brand, category, cut, fabric, price) may be incomplete or wrong. You can check them in the “Check the product” step.
- Taking your measurements correctly is your responsibility. An estimated measurement (derived from a size you know) is less reliable than a real one.
- Decisions to buy, return or exchange are yours and the shop’s. Prices, stock and return conditions are the shop’s.
4. Free plan
- 8 new product analyses in a rolling 30-day period. Opening a saved analysis, or re-running it after your measurements change, does not use an analysis. An analysis that could not give a size doesn’t either.
- Up to 20 items in your closet.
- Results show the recommended size, the overall verdict and the first 2 reasons. The zone map, the confidence percentage and the comparison between two sizes are in Plus.
We may change what the free plan includes. Changes are announced with a new app version and on this page.
5. Sizemira Plus subscription terms
Plans and features
Sizemira Plus comes in two plans: monthly and yearly. Plus unlocks unlimited new analyses, all reasons, the zone map, the confidence percentage, a comparison when you are between two sizes, and an unlimited closet.
Free trial
The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for accounts the store finds eligible. Whether there is a trial, and how long it is, is shown on the purchase screen. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you are charged when it ends. On the App Store, any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Price and payment
- The price, including taxes, is shown in your local currency on the store’s payment screen before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (when the trial ends, if there is one). We don’t take the payment and never see your payment details.
- Price changes are announced in advance under the store’s rules. Where the store’s rules require it, the new price applies only with your consent.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same length and at the then-current price, unless you cancel.
- To stop it renewing, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. In the app, Profile → “Manage subscription” takes you there.
- When you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for. There is no partial refund for the remaining time. Rights granted to you by law or by the store are not affected.
- Deleting the app or using “Delete my data” does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds
Because purchases are made through Apple or Google, refund requests follow their rules. For the App Store, apply at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, use Google Play’s refund page. For Google Play purchases you can also write to us.
Restoring and changing devices
Plus is tied to the Apple or Google account you bought it with. On another device signed in to the same account, you can turn it on with “Restore purchases”. It does not move between Apple and Google. Without a connection, the app uses the status the store last reported for a limited time.
6. Right of withdrawal
The subscription is a digital service whose performance starts immediately after you confirm. Whether the withdrawal-right exceptions of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation apply to this service, and how this is to be shown on the purchase screen: [RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ASSESSMENT — counsel]. These terms do not remove the mandatory rights you have under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
7. Brands and content
- Brand and shop names shown in the app belong to their owners. Sizemira is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by these brands. Brand logos are not used.
- Size charts are compiled from brands’ publicly available size guides. Product names, photos and prices come from shops’ pages and belong to the shops.
- Sizemira’s name, logo, design, software and compiled dataset belong to us. We give you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Your contributions
If you turned sharing on, product details you confirm are added to the shared catalogue and shown to other users who look up the same product. Please take care that they are correct. You allow us to use these product details free of charge to run the catalogue. “Delete my data” deletes your contributions. For products others also confirmed, product details not linked to you (for example, which product a barcode belongs to) may stay in the catalogue.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- query our server outside the app or in bulk with automated tools, or try to get around request limits,
- knowingly send false product details to the catalogue, or try to steer results with many device IDs,
- try to get around the free plan limits or subscription checks,
- reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it,
- use the app for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes others’ rights.
In case of abuse, we may stop a device’s access to our server. The features on the phone keep working, and a request to delete that device’s data is always carried out.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We may change, add or remove features to improve the app and the dataset. Our server may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance or failures. The app then keeps working with the data on your phone. Shops’ pages may be closed to apps or may change. In that case we ask you a few questions to describe the product.
11. Liability
- You accept that recommendations are estimates. We are not responsible for an item not fitting, for return or shipping costs, or for shops’ prices, stock and product details.
- We don’t guarantee the accuracy of details other users add to the catalogue.
- These limitations apply to the extent permitted by law. Our liability for intent and gross negligence, and the rights you have under Law No. 6502 and other mandatory provisions, are not affected.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you can apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above those limits. If you write to destek@sizemira.com first, we will try to solve the problem together.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current date is shown at the top. We announce important changes in the app or on this page before they take effect. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms. If you don’t accept them, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
